Well•Spring’s LifeCare program begins in residential living, where you have a choice of Apartments, Villas, and Garden Homes offering one, two, and even three-bedroom selections ranging from 675 square feet to 2,600 square feet.
Entrance fees are based upon the selection of your residence and whether a single individual or a couple occupies that residence. The entrance fee provides a place of residence along with access to a level of financial security only found with Well•Spring’s LifeCare program. In addition the entry fee also provides access to all healthcare services on campus including assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and an outpatient clinic.
