A true continuing care retirement community offers accommodations at every level: independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care. Should a resident need care at any level, they are confident that high quality care is available right here at Well•Spring. You can choose to enter into either a LifeCare agreement or one that provides for Modified LifeCare.

LifeCare is just what the name implies: a lifetime of care. At Well•Spring, having LifeCare means that once you’ve made your home here, you’re able to remain here – at no added cost other than for the additional meals provided and for related supplies – should your health needs require that you move to the Health Center (Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing or Memory Care). So once you have paid your entrance fee, your monthly service fee for residential living will not increase to the higher daily fee that would otherwise be required to move to the Health Center.

Modified LifeCare

Our Modified LifeCare option, offering a lifetime of care with lower entrance and monthly service fees, is specially designed for residents who have already purchased long-term-care insurance or prefer to use their assets to protect their future. If a move to Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing or Memory Care becomes necessary, residents who have chosen the Modified LifeCare option pay the daily fee for the necessary level of care, less a discount determined by Well•Spring.

Well•Spring’s LifeCare and Modified LifeCare programs provide the security and peace of mind that you have been looking for.
